Default 1st Competition Day at 18 Meter Nationals

Pilots are launching as I type this, 12:40 MDT. Task is

18 Meter Class

Distance (Miles)- 262.29 (Min: 133.68, Max: 397.15

Declare at 3:30 but pilots are asking for a 4 hour task, CD will
determine duration once pilots are iin the air and he has spoken with
his task advisers.

Weather is cooler, mid-90's and soaring conditions should produce 4-6
knots of lift to 12K and should be pretty consistent.
