Looking for advice on R-22 lease back.

I'm looking to purchase a Robinson R-22 to use as a
leaseback to a flight school. This will be the first aircraft
I will own. I want to create a lease back business and
also get my helicopters ratings.

I am looking for anyone with experience in leasebacks
or ownership of Robinson R-22’s to offer any advice on
the particular concerns of starting such a business with
regards to financing, purchasing, leasing, new vs. used,
etc.
