King Avionics Repair

I have a King KLN90B and it's knobs have gone haywire. I think it has
to go back to King for a rebuild. Is there any way I can get an RMA
number and send this back to King or do I have to go through an
avionics shop?

I've sent stuff directly to the factory for repair so you should be able to.
