From NBC news on the TV tonight:
Around 1530 today the student pilot of a two-place Robinson on his first solo flight clipped the rotor disk of an R-44 with two aboard (now believed dead), a Robinson employee possibly conducting a customer familiarization flight. The flights were operating on parallel runways, and there is some question about the ATC instructions issued.
