Rewritten TSA rule
I think the three "clarifications" posted by the TSA amount to a significant
rewrite of the rule. It's kinda hard to comment on the result. Does anyone want to try to mark up the text to reflect what it actually says now? Although, I supposed, the comment period has formally closed. The docket is no longer listed on http://dms.dot.gov/cfreports/fr.cfm; you have to jump direct to http://dms.dot.gov/search/searchResu...hTy pe=docket -- David Brooks Believe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
