Moriarty weather forecast confirms strong winds for Saturday. I strongly recommend anyone driving there on Saturday makes an early start as there could be blowing dust on I-10 from noon onwards and strong crosswinds on I-25 and I-40 later.

Based on the wind forecast, I do not believe there will be any flying on the first practice day due to these prevailing Moriarty "zephyrs". Sunday will still be a little breezy, but probably OK to fly. Monday and Tuesday will be fine with blue conditions, but hopefully moisture and cloud will return mid-week.

....And that's why Miguel and I boxed up our ships and are trailering to
Salida rather than flying. I won't be towing for the contest this year!
