Default Channel Night navigation through technology

Hi All,

Well I am working in Pakistan with one of the container terminals, we
have night navigation problems at the port, since port channel is long
its always difficult for port to properly manage night navigation.

I understand these days Technology based solutions are available for
navigation which are extremely useful low visibility navigation within
channels.

I will appreciate if any of you can assist me finding such solution

Contact your nearest United States Embassy (diplomats), and if there is a
need, they will decide if you can get some technology.

It is illegal to export the types of things you want, without Department of
Defense permissions.

Well, actually since light is just the same as radio waves of very (very
very) high frequency, and the rules for radio emissions don't have an
upper limit, yes, floodlights are illegal.

Russia isn't real picky about that.

That's true, they have become very big suppliers, let's hope
that they don't sell any bombs.
