Default In the "Some folks are never satisfied" department...

I was speaking with an FBO owner today about the trials and
tribulations of customer service. We commiserated over how you just
can't win, sometimes. He told me that he tries to keep his rental
fleet pristine, but has seen some pretty funny "squawks" on the
clipboard over the years.

The best one (I thought) was a note that said "Tires too firm"....
(I'm gonna use that excuse next time I bounce one...)

Of course, in the "believe it or not" category, I actually received a
comment card today from a guest who stated that their "Suite was too
quiet" -- thus proving that you really CAN'T please everyone!

:-)
