Default I am the very model of a Usenet individual!

In the interest in lightening the mood, I thought I'd share the
following to fellow rec.aviation.piloting readers:

Last time I checked no one had recorded it to audio, yet here is the
infamous "I am the very model of a Usenet individual" (based on the "I
am the very model of a modern major-general" song from Gilbert and
Sullivan's play ""The Pirates of Penzance") in all its absurd audio glory
(lyrics thoughtfully printed out):

Still, my favorite major-general song parody is still "I am the very
model of a heroine barbarian":

Links to other versions of the major-general song parodies are gathered
