Default Ping: Group - Photo Request

There was a plaque that I saw some years ago with a photo that appeared to
be taken early in the 20th Century. Being a B&W photo, it showed a tree,
barren of leaves, with an early biplane crumpled in it's branches, the
fuselage sticking forlornly out to one side. On the plaque was written:
"Aviation in itself is not inherently dangerous, but to a degree even
greater than the sea is terribly unforgiving of any carelessness,
incapacity, or neglect."
Can anyone here post the photo?
Thanks!
Alan
