Anyone got any details on this?
This just came in on our local "Corridor Business Journal" email:
"A settlement has been reached in a lawsuit against a flight instructor accused in a 2004 plane crash near the Dubuque airport. The lawsuit was filed by two student passengers who claimed the pilot knowingly flew in icy conditions. All three people on board walked away from the crash with minor injuries."
