REQ: Pictures of Ford Aircraft flying Experimental Engines
Ford tested at least one home grown engine (an X-8 layout) engine
intended for the tri-motor but reject the X-8 on the grounds of low power, vibration and cooling problems. Has anyone got a picture of any Ford or Ford owned test aircraft flying the X-8 or similar engines? Paul
