Here is a listing of the nations that had the aircraft, and the national
markings. North Vietnam comes the closest, but not exact.

That isn't commanitz Viet insignia.
It looks like it is/was a Chinese aircraft and they didn't finish painting
the
markings at the Air Farce Museum...
Shame on them zoomies...
