IGC log file tabulator

Mark, I've thought of something along those lines, but the file would
be a more general control file, containing things like the full path
location(s) of the IGC files, output options, local time, flight time
calculation rules, etc. I avoided this because I wanted to keep the
tool's interface as simple as possible, but I suppose I could make it
process such a file when it's given one ...
