Default Monday Practice at Hobbs

10-12 pilots are flying today, the last practice day before the start
of the Hobbs contest.

Conditions are similar to Sunday but different! Forecast is for a
blue day, top of lift to 14K, possible streeting with the wind at
altitude that should be around 30-35 knots at 10K MSL but decreasing
during the day.

Surface winds are due to pickup to 25+ from the W/SW but we were able
to launch the folks who wanted to fly before conditions got out of
control.
