Default FTP access to Terminal Procedures

The FAA, AOPA, Sporty's etc. have good "point and click" HTML (web
browser) interfaces to US Terminal procedures but don't seem to allow
FTP access.

Does anyone allow FTP access to the TPP's?

This would make it a bit easier to write a shell script that could
download and print TPP's for a list of airports.
