SZD-38A 'Jantar' Flight manual.
A firm called ZS 'Jezów', in Polish Lower Silesia,
is the Type Certificate holder for this aircraft. Their main office is in Bielsko-Biala - where the owner lives. I suggest contacting (in English) a Mrs. V. Mynarska - at the Bielsko office ) - and all will be well. Contacting the factory directly (especially in English) can, occasionally, disappoint. Be aware that there is a _ between 'szd' and 'bielsko', which is obscured by the automatic underlining ! Stan. UK.
