It spins nicely too, though you have to be fairly brutal to get it to depart[1]. Mine is easily the most spin-resistant single-seater I've flown. [1] Pulling the nose up 30 degrees and crossing rudder and ailerons as it stalls generally does the trick. Usually when the type certificate, flight manual and cockpit placards
include the phrase "Acrobatics, including spinning, prohibited" it makes me a wee bit reluctant to try the maneuvers myself. |

Glad its only "Usually" ;-) What can I say? Performing prohibited maneuvers is the only time I get to feel like a test pilot! More seriously, there are some really nice videos on that YouTube channel and I'm looking forward to seeing more featuring the Libelle. |
