Low Collateral Damage Bomb (LCDB)
According to:
http://www.aviationweek.com/aw/blogs...b-d51573147510 "The so-called Low Collateral Damage Bomb (LCDB) made its operational debut July 27 when an F/A-18 assigned to VMFA dropped the modified 500-lb. BLU-111 on a group of insurgents planting an improvised explosive device along a convoy route in Iraq."
