Pacifica California fire #4 of 4
This is what it looks like when the retardant gets close to the ground.
These photos were taken with a Canon Digital Rebel XTi (400D), and a Sigma 70-300 DG Macro.

Great photos Ken.! Did you happen to get any of the ground fire trucks?? I

(deleted) Terry, I don't really have any shots of the fire trucks that were close to me. I was looking uphill at the fire, and the aircraft. The shots that I do have of the smaller trucks on the hill are mostly obscured by smoke. Here is one of the best of those shots.
