Default GPSMAP195 b-records with no altitude data

One of our club members is using a GPSMAP195 to log flights ... but it
does not record altitude info in the b-record. I looked at the
manual, but could not see anything specifically in setup that would
cause/fix this. Anybody had the same issue ... or know what to fix.
