Who won the Honeysuckle Cottage task?

An email message was sent to (apparently) all registered competitors
for the upcoming 15m/Open nats at Uvalde, advertising the availability
of a cottage for rent near the airfield.

I called & emailed back within a few minutes, but could not get
through. Later, I was notified by email that the cottage had been
contracted for 1-15 Aug.

Since this was clearly a race, I believe the winner should stand up
and tell us how he/she did it!
