Currently configured as remotely piloted but just remove a couple of
million dollars worth of wiring and these new and near new Rolls-Royce turbofan powered Northrop Grumman motorgliders could serve in either a single, two or even three place configuration. Perfect for your commercial sailplane ride operation! The US Taxpayer spent $167 million each on these lovely Global Hawk Model 30 aircraft and now they can be yours for a fraction of the cost! These are definitely open class ships with a 35.4 M wingspan so you should have a wide runway to operate. Excellent turnpoint cameras also included at no extra charge. Contact the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group at Davis-Monthan AFB for more details. |

Unless one could talk the Iranians out of theirs, guess we'll have to wait for the recent stealthy versions to make it into civilian hands. Just think, one could finish a contest first and no one would know. Go anywhere you like in the Grand Canyon, or even Presidential TFR flying just 'cause you can - no problems. |

Matt I was hoping that the USAF was finally going to sell the three X-C equipped L-33's and/or three Ximango motorgliders that have been cooking on the ramp at EDW for years. That would make too much sense. |
