I wanted one 15 years ago when I first saw it in popular mechanics (?).

I wanted one more than 40 years ago when I first saw it in "Boys Life."

They were part of a comedy show last week. I'll bet you didn't leave them in
the sun for 6 hours so they would charge up, did you?

Many people would want one if it was capable of flight.

No, you're thinking of that thing that was like a jet pack with two ducted
lift fans.

I can't decide if Moller is a con man or a publicity whore, but either way
he's been making outrageous claims on extremely limited proof for decades.
I don't expect to see the Skycar flying in my life-time.

Impossible. A prototype is an original, full-scale, WORKING model of a new
product or new version of an existing product.
