I flew in the RC program in the early 80s when they were converting some of them
from Block I to Block III, I was a lead operator and trainer on both systems
before going into the Comfy Levi program. Levi was almost exactly like Block I
for the operators so I quickly rose to lead and trainer in that one as well.

Last year I toured part of L3's facility and was able to do a walk-through of
"Triple Six", the fully functional but never deployed testbed plane.
