Default Flying in Laos and Cambodia

Planning to spend some time in SE Asia, I wonder if there will be chances
to do some flying on my own in Laos or Cambodia. Does anybody have some
information?

Thanks in advance,
Heico

I have no firsthand knowledge, but http://www.thaiflyingclub.com/
might be a good place to start. They seem to be the
largest/best-organized GA outfit in SE Asia and would most likely know
the right people to speak with. And Thailand is a wonderful country to
visit.

Best,
-cwk.

That looks cool, I think I will also put that on my things to do list.

You might want to buy one or more of the Defense Mapping Agency charts
of the area. They'd be entertaining even on a commercial flight. I can
give you the number of the one you want, if you want.

Thailand yes. Laos maybe. From what I've heard, there are a lot of
hoops and hurdles before you'll be permited to fly in Laos. There is
one American gentlemen working in Laos. His name is Capt. Lee
. Maybe he can answer your questions. Laos is a
beautiful crountry to see from the ground and the air. You will
definitely have a good time there.

Yes, why not? Can they be ordered online somewhere?

Gents, that's quite valuable information. I will contact them and maybe
people down there will soon be able to see my big smiling face some
thousand feet above them ;-)

Understand that his male member will no doubt be over 6 feet
long if he responds to even half of those penis-enlargement-ads
he'll be getting now you've **published his e-mail address on
a newsgroup**!! Grrrrr. Hate it when people do that!

Now Tony - Why don't you come back to the group and tell us all why it
was so important for you to repost Captain Lee's e-mail addy yourself,
when you were chastising bad bad Bryan for posting it in the first
place.

Doh!! Perhaps I've got a subliminal need to see him with a 9
foot pecker??
