Training in Florida ?!?

Want instrument weather come up here to the Pacific NorthWest

How much of that instrument weather doesn't require boots?

That's right until you know where you are going it is impossible to start
the visa and TSA process.

A friend of mine from Europe did his instrument rating last Oct. in Florida, in
St. Augustine. Weather was bad enough to have actual IMC...

The list down the right hand coloumn on this site lists just about everyone
I've seen out here...

FWIW, I trained at Tailwind Flight Centre at Chandler Municipal (CHD) and
I'd give them a thumbs up.

Chandler Air Service (also at CHD) gets good reviews as well.

My school back in 1995 was North Aire, Prescott, AZ. Not very good for the
instrument, though, as IMC days are rare. But for the Private, the school
was excellent - checkride included landing at Sedona... check that out :-)))
