Default Canopy limits - How tall are you ???

Sitting on the floor, back straight up against the wall - using a ruler on
my head, my gal marked off my (sitting) height with a piece of tape.

Floor up to tape mark: 38 1/2 inches ...almost one meter (0.98)

Standing ...6' - 2.5"
Sitting .......3' - 2.5"

Add a headset and I'm just over 40 inches - sitting.

Very useful. Thank you.
RV-4.... 41 inches (38.5 + headset)

How/where do you measure Upper, Lower and Full leg? Also forward reach -
from the wall or the armpit?

If you do not get an answer, you might assume the "cone of silence"
descended upon him. g

About 20 years ago, I was working the early days of the Space Station program.
They needed "test bodies" to find guys who fell within the 95th percentile for
men and ladies in the 5th percentile for women. Those of us who volunteered
were taken to a kind of "iron maiden" that had all these measuring gizmos. We
sat in a seat, and they slid down a plate from above to measure our seated
height while another technician adjusted the stuff that measured our leg reach,
arm reach, etc. As far as I can remember, all the forward-reach stuff was
measured from the wall.

They gave us a little qualification card (still have mine, that's why I was able
to rattle off my measurements) and told we'd be called if necessary. I was
above the 99th percentile in seven out of the twelve measurements and that
probably was why I hadn't been called.

Hallway at the top of the stairs - swing legs around ...skipping two stairs,
stand up. Piece of cake!

Mmm ...cake.

Are you sure those measurements haven't shifted, even a little? ;-)

The ones I posted, no. The ones I DIDN'T post (weight, stomach thickness, thigh
thickness)....maybe. :-)
