Is this at Trenton, ON.

We have one of these on a pole down by the St Lawrence River Here in
Brockville, ON. It caused a bit of excitement last year when it started to
swivel into heavy wind. Fortunately, no damage to plane or pole, so its
still there.

We have one of these on a pole down by the St Lawrence River Here in

swivel into heavy wind. Fortunately, no damage to plane or pole, so its
still there.
