It's not in Provence, it's 40km east of Paris. The 'Provence' is
the aircraft, a Breguet 763. It belongs to a flying club. See:

The place is Fontenay-Tresigny (LFPQ) and the restaurant is ok and not too
expensive. As far as I know, the restaurant is totaly independant from the
local club. It also has a swiminig pool and a tennis court... Nice place in
summer !
