The way I remember the story is as follows: Bird flock strike, took out the canopy and stopped one engine. Pilot called eject, eject eject. RIO went. Pilots seat would not go. Engine that went out did the hydraulics so no gear. Landed belly up and I think this was in a practice area near Fallon, NV.
