Tail Dolly Latch
Does anyone know of a US source for the standard latch used on most
sailplane dollies. This is the adjustable pull down latch. Thanks Tom Dixon Idaho

Or if locally you have a heavy truck supply house, where 18 wheelers
get their parts, they are used extensively in "on highway" tractors and trailers.
