Erik, would you mind telling us what country you live in?

County, Washington in Oregon

Ahhhh that explains it that's place lets the tweekers run free but lockup
the drunks and harmless pot smokers that have permits.

Very left-wing Portland.

Gak. You smoke very expensive...turds. Never could figure out how
anyone could put something like that in their mouths, but I've got
friends who swear by them...

Turd, my ass (oopps, that didn't come out right...I mean...oh, never mind)

More like a very fine wine or superior brandy.

Sometimes a cigar is just...a cigar...?

Hahaha. Yeah, never been in trouble in my life, but now
I'm a goddamned soul-sucking criminal.

Note: Multinomah county (where Portland actually is) is not
the same, they actually have a .08 rule, so if you go downtown
and have a couple beers, then drive into Washington county,
you're only a criminal once you cross the county line.

You do know that the "studies" about second-hand smoke were completely
bogus, dont you?

Do you mean to imply that you believe that there is no harm caused to your
lungs when you breathe smoke in the air that you did not personally suck out
of a cigarrette? I'm afraid I just don't concur with that opinion.

However, I DO believe that you and I should both have the right to choose if
we want to take that risk. As long as I have proper warning that I might come
into contact with smoke if I go somewhere like a bar, restaurant, office
building, etc., it should be MY responsibility to determine what's best for
my well being and the well being of my family.

Un-friggin'-believeable. How did this kind of society develop when we
weren't looking? Big Brother really is now EVERYWHERE.

Not quite everywhere, but it's headed in that direction.

There are still some people who do not have GPS enabled cell phones.

My neighbor was telling me that she had heard of a device that goes on a
keychain that you can give to your kids to keep track of them in case of an
abduction. She said the current version is essentially a memory stick where
you can keep vitals and such for the police to react quickly, but they are
working on a GPS unit that will "LoJack" the kids.

I said all they have to do is embed the chip in the kids hand, call it a
Logan, and they can kill everyone off at 31.

As long as I don't have to have one.

When you get your annual flu shot they insert nano tracking devices the
batteries in these devices only last approximately 1 year, That is why they
always tell you to be sure to get your flu shot early!!!
