Hmm. I signed up for the e-ticket but i can't figure out if/when/how
the live stuff starts, or how to get it in high res. Any computer smart people out there?

I have paid the fee. so far I have only been able to see the first few
minutes of VOD Day1. Then it hangs as Gillian describes the first turnpoint. Most annoying. Peter
