I love this glider, I don't want to sell it to buy a glider with more
legroom. But unfortunately, I am one tall son of a gun. I fly with the rudder pedals ALL the way out, the seat back ALL the way back......and barefoot!. I have tried taking the seatback out and that is too uncomfortable with the wheel well pushing on spinal discs L-2 to L-5. Anybody ever dealt with this before? |

Also, I wear a Strong Parachute. It's rather thick, made for
sailplane pilots. Are there thinner parachutes or chest type parachutes that someone could recommend? Without my parachute on, I fit snug. But my current setup hurts after a couple hours aloft. |

Anybody ever dealt with this before? You could try looking up the "Epiphysiodesis" methods, depending on your means. Cheers, Rob |

I solved it by removing the manufacturers seat back and constructing a seat back that just bridged over the top of the wheel hump. I used an Irvin EB80 parachute and it solved the problem for me. I am 6'1" tall. |
