Default Aircrew earn their pay

A couple of videos of a Tu-154 "apparently suffering serious in-flight
oscillations". I reckon the aircraft was drunk.

Looks like what we used to call a snaking/dutch roll.

IIRC the B707 suffered from this problem in it's early flight testing.

I did some Googling and found one comment that said the aircraft flight
controls failed after takeoff and that the only means of control was the
engine power settings.
