Yes, thank you I am very aware it is a lat/long. Did anyone actually
search Google Maps/Earth for the view?

Compass Rose ..

I wonder if it is a compass rose

I don't. It's not.

A compass rose?

A compass rose?

That's the best these yahoos can do, a compass rose?

Yes, at the time, yes, that's all they had. Not much more later
either.

You're an asshole but I feel in the Easter mood so.............

It's still March, Easter is a month away.

I have some helpful information for you.

There are exactly two categories of people who might read any article
you post. The first group comprises those who know you're a liar,
an self-exposed idiot, a ****horse and a dickhead.

The second includes only those who have never heard of you.

Your lies and incoherent nonsense just give the first group an
opportunity to laugh out loud at you, and any of the second group who
see that **** of yours and will immediately migrate to the first.

If you want to maintain as good an image as possible, your best bet?

Shut the **** up.

Have you considered engaging in the ethical decision described here ?

They argue that it is permissible to kill those who have no chance of
living up to their potential, something you seem to prove rather
regularly.

Make that decision, about yourself

I don't know.

I do and did and I have no idea what that runway markings are. They
appear to be painted, not VOR.

Yes, not VOR, not a helo, 24 rectangular boxes splined about a central
foci on an accessory runway. *?????

Google Maps provides a better resolution than Earth as does Bing.

you ask a question and then get ****ty..? do you get a *lot* of good
responses that way?

Not only that but the lat/long he posted is hundreds of meters from the
point he claims to be interested in.

32.86667, -114.38582

Would have dropped you nearly right on the point of interest.

here's a thought - since you knew you were sending everyone off on a
stupid rabbit hunt anyway - why not say in your OP, "I found something
that looks odd sitting on an unused runway in Yuma - anyone
know..?" VASTLY different than being the jerk you are now, and the
first 10 replies would have been to your true question, instead of
wasted trying to figure out WTH you really wanted to know.

I maintain he didn't KNOW what he wanted to know...

No, it wasn't.
I copied and pasted the lat/long he gave and it was on a taxiway a good
700 meters away

"Tankfixer" you do realize you are the only one who makes this point.
Everyone else is in agreement.

Ever wonder why that is?

It's because, as I said, you are wrong.

Quaalude - 32.866436,-114.385992

"Tankfixer" - 32.86667, -114.38582

Do you see the difference? May I point it out, if I can be of
assistance?

I guess you are much, much better at fixing tanks than copying and
pasting, yes?

Sorry Guys, looked at all the "UFO" pages and they all used the same
default very fuzzy/blurred 5/7/2006 Google Earth image

If you use the Historical images feature and go to the
6/25/2011 image, it clears up considerably.

Compass Rose with a gold colored diamond logo in the center
with white label box at the end of each line.

Think I'll go buy some stock in the tin foil industry
for all the tin hats types... get a life !
