OLATHE, KS and ATLANTA, GA, July 24, 2003 -- Garmin International Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN), today announced a definitive agreement to acquire UPS Aviation Technologies, a subsidiary of United Parcel Service, Inc.
