What's an expected cost to soundproof, new carpet, rebuild seats with
leather? Headliner and side panels are fine. Anywhere from $800 to $3000, depending on the shop. I just had mine done in leather, new side panels, carpet, everything, done for less than $1000. (See it at http://alexisparkinn.com/new_interior.htm ) However, it took over a year to get done, and we're friends with the guy who did the work.
