Info on Buying a Cherokee 180

Now also wondering if it's worth joining the Piper Owner Society, or
if there is some other owners' group I should look into.

This may have already been said, but the Cherokee Pilots Association is the
best, most active group of Cherokee pilots. Joining their organization
gets you a fair magazine, and access to a terrific web-board.

They also publish a book called "Cherokee Hints and Tips" that is worth its
weight in gold.

AND they also put on a great national Cherokee fly in. See pix from this
