Unlikely "Soulseek" is illegal. There may be files on the
peer-to-peer network that appear to be in violation of copyright law, but that doesn't mean the service is illegal. Providing the means and method with which to break the law isn't illegal? By that logic, (and admittedly this is an extreme example) the guy who supplied the explosives to blow up the Federal Building in Oklahoma City should be released. All he did was provide the means, right? And Soulseek is providing these means on a truly grand scale.
