Learning to live under liberty as an independant and self-directed people is not going to be easy, just as Eastern Europe is showing us now, over a dozen years after the Soviet collapse. All too many there want to run home to Mama. I hope they can pull it off -- it might snowball through the region like Europe did in the late 80's and early 90's.
