yes, but it can hardly be viewed with Linux or MAC.

If you want highest quality, yet manageable size, then Quicktime Pro does a
great job at MPEG-4, but less popular install base and isn't free:

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

therefore it installs cleaner on the system.
