Once I calculated that I found that I could buy a decent bird for around ~25,000 and after that, as you say about the only hourly cost is fuel and oil. .... and engine reserve (as you've already realized), but I'm guessing that's a pretty small number for you averaged out over TBO, despite the pain of your recent overhaul.
