Wrist Altimeter any good for ulm and paramotor ?

I'm not familiar with the particular Suunto models, but I use an
Avocet for powered paragliding and it works fine, but the Suuntos are
better (the Avocet was given to me by a friend who replaced it with a
Suunto).

The non-recommendation may be for liability reasons.
