I'm not sure if civilian flights are allowed at Westover (CEF) or not, but
it is closer to Mt. Holyoke than Westfield (BAF) is.

I live right near Mt. Holyoke and both airports. I'd be happy to give you a
lift depending on when you're coming.

I'm not sure what kind of rental services either have. If you want I could
find out for you.
