Exactly. As restrictive as things have gotten in the US over the past 20 years, we aren't yet to the point where all things not specifically allowed are automatically illegal. The things that it says are so, are so. If it doesn't address the issue they aren't so. Never heard of the FAA's catch-all rules? Hmm. Guess not. |
