rsa/public key is secure too?

PD. The Pentagon doesn't use Public keys (RSA-DIFFE/HELLMAN, etc) also Block
Cyphers as AES, DES, TWOFISH, and any other isn't enough safe for protection of
sensitive data, they use a more sophisticated mechanism, or scheme.
