Whether or not that results in a turn depends on what you do with the rudder. Ian Um, I think it is the stabilizer/elevator instead of the rudder. Jet Jocks call it "Bank and Yank." NB. I posted this twice; here the second time through Google Groups. For some reason the Glider Net refuses my posts, saying I have illegal attachments. I notice that neither place picks up all the posts on the subject. This is one of the funniest threads I've read. Almost everyone makes a good argument, but includes at least one undefensable statement. |
