As was said in a previous post, if they take federal funds, they can't refuse you. They can't refuse you the use of the runway and taxiways. But can't they refuse you road access to the airport, or the use of the apron for assembly? If they threaten you with something, ask them in a polite and humble way to show you where to find the reg that they're referring to. Mark Keene
